What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Greater Edmonton Area and surrounding communities. Areas included at no additional cost: Edmonton • Leduc • Sherwood Park • St. Albert • Beaumont • Fort Saskatchewan • Spruce Grove • Stony Plain For locations outside of these areas, travel fees may apply and are calculated based on distance from Edmonton city centre: 36–40 km = $10 41–50 km = $20 51–60 km = $45 61–80 km = $90 81–100 km = $100 101+ km = $120+ All distances are calculated from Edmonton city centre. Locations outside of the Greater Edmonton Area may be available upon request. Please contact us to confirm availability and pricing.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We carry $1,000,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance and drone liability coverage.
When will I receive my media?
Photos, measurements, and floor plans are delivered within 24 hours of the appointment. Video delivery is typically completed within 48–72 hours, depending on project complexity.
What are your hours of operation?
Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you’re in a crunch and absolutely need to book outside of our regular hours—such as a Saturday or Sunday—please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a $50 fee. However, we understand things happen and try to be flexible—just give us as much heads-up as possible
Do I have to be there to let you in?
No, you don’t need to be on site. We can access the property using a door or garage code, a construction lockbox, or a Supra lockbox with temporary access granted by you through the Supra app. For best results, we recommend the homeowner or tenant vacate during the appointment to avoid being captured in the media. Agent presence isn’t required, as long as the space is clear and accessible.
Do you help with staging or moving furniture?
No. Please ensure the property is fully ready before we arrive. To help your clients prepare, please review our Home Prep Checklist, which can be found at the bottom of our website.
